Celebrated Italian Chef Enzo Neri is back in Dubai with his limited edition menu showcase at Amici

Amici Italian Restaurant at ibis Mall of the Emirates is all set to bring back the celebrated Chef Enzo Neri in celebrations of its one year since opening last year. Amici will have Chef Enzo present a special 4-course edition dinner menu that will be served from 31st October to 6th November 2022 from 7pm to 11pm priced at AED 89 per person.

The menu comprises of antipasti such as Vitello tonnato and Caprese di burrata, a classic Ravioli di zucca for pasta and other main course options such as Pollo e zucchine and Branzno “all’ acquapazza”.  We finish on a sweet note with an authentic Tiramisu and the chef’s surprise mini assortments.

About Chef Enzo: Enzo Neri Umbrian by birth, is an Italian Brand Chef and restaurateur brought up in Citta’ di Castello, a town in Perugia, in the heart of Italy. He studied Information Technology and began his career in the biomedical field. At age 29 Enzo went back to school to complete a course at the culinary school Universita’ dei Sapori di Perugia. For the past twenty years Chef Enzo has worked in the culinary industry from Italy to Georgia, with lengthy detours in London, Dubai and New York and shorter stints in numerous other cities. He has held a range of senior positions including Head Chef, consultancy, design and management of new dining experiences and a private chef.  Today, Chef Enzo co-owns Vera Italiana restaurant, an authentic Italian restaurant in the Vera district of Tbilisi. He is also working for Accor, branding Rum Roof, a Caribbean concept for Ibis styles hotel, Sky7 Bar and Terrace and the Asado Steakhouse at the Mercure Hotel Old Town, Tbilisi. He has been featured in many worldwide publications and television programs and other mass media. In March 2021 he also published a new book, The Asado Steakhouse, My life as an Italian chef in Tbilisi and throughout the world.
